So as you all know by now one of the most important parts of this season is for the Wizards to get a good draft selection so they can get the best player available. Obviously with the NBA system the way that it is, there is no guaranteeing yourself a top 3 pick but by losing as much as possible you can certainly increase your chances of getting a high pick. As of right now the bottom the NBA standings are as follows:

Kings at Wizards: Cousins and Wall Reunited

Who: Sacramento Kings (10-22) at Washington Wizards (7-25)

Full slate of NBA games today but perhaps the best one of the night features our 7-25 Washington Wizards taking on the visiting 10-22 Sacramento Kings. Actually I would be pretty shocked if anybody outside these cities watched this game because both these teams are pretty horrid. I do like the Kings somewhat though because they have a couple of very talented young players in Demarcus Cousins and Tyreke Evans and am very underrated NBA player in Jimmer Fredette. I am very interested in seeing the Wall vs Evans matchup and the McGee vs Cousins one as well. Cousins isn’t nearly as athletic as McGee but is more talented and physical around the basket. For the guard matchup it will be interesting to see the speed of Wall versus the strength of Evans.  Read more...
