Tonight’s NBA Playoff Game Predictions

New York Knicks at Miami Heat

7:00 PM EST

Spread: Miami by 11.5

Well the Grizzlies let me down against the Clippers on Monday night as they lost in overtime, but they at least gave me a chance at winning yet they couldn’t quite pull through. They really played really poorly though and the Clips didn’t play much better but CP3 was just too much in the end. For the record though I think that is a horribly coached season.

NBA Handicapment

Milwaukee Bucks at New York Knicks

7:30 PM ET

Spread: Knicks by 4

The Bucks enter this game as 4 point dogs in a game with direct playoff implications.  Milwaukee has dominated this matchup of late winning 12 of the past 14.  They are also in the midst of a 5 game road win streak.  New York will most likely be without Amare Stoudemire tonight while he rests his aching back.

Pick: Bucks +4 (1 unit)

Denver Nuggets at Chicago Bulls

8:00 PM ET

Spread: Bulls by 8

NBA Handicapping: Take the Points Tonight

I ruined my perfect season last Monday when I went 0-2 on the night.  Time to build some momentum in NBA before March Madness completely takes over.

New York Knicks at Chicago Bulls

Spread: Bulls by 8.5

8:00 PM ET

These two teams enter tonight’s matchup going in opposite directions.  The Knicks are in the midst of a 5 game losing streak (0-5 ATS) while the Bulls have won 9 of 10 (7-3 ATS).  The Bulls will likely be without starters Richard Hamilton and Luol Deng tonight, while Joakim Noah will be returning from illness.  The Bulls will also be without key reserve CJ Watson.  This hefty 8.5 line gives me enough incentive to take the Knicks against the banged up Bulls.

Melo & Stoudemire Less Knicks Down Wizards

The New York Knickerbockers took care of the Wizards tonight at the phone booth 107-93. Normally this would be fine but against a Melo and Stoudemire less team this is pretty terrible. Jeremy Lin killed the Wiz going for 23 points and 10 boards and I was very impressed with his quickness and vision. John Wall and Trevor Booker both had a good game for the Wiz putting up 29 and 17 respectively. Unfortunately, nobody else came to play making this team look as pathetic as ever. On the bright side I did pick the spread correctly so I am back to 2-3 on the year!… Until next time, Go Wiz!
