Yesterday morning the Terps starting PG Pe’Shon Howard was arrested for disorderly conduct outside a College Park restaurant. From what I read basically what happened was that there was some sort of fight going on that Howard was not in but the guy who started the fight was being restrained by police and Howard kept yelling at him for whatever reason. The police decided he was distracting them too much so they arrested him and he was released after being issued the citation.
