Miami Heat vs. Washington Wizards: Last Game Of The Year

Where: Verizon Center

When: 8:00

TV: CSN

The Wizards will face the Heat in their final game of the season tonight. Although I am sad to see the season end, it would be nice to have the Wizards end the season on a win. Which is a very good possibility, considering they are going to be facing the Heat’s back-ups. The Heat will almost certainly rest the big three tonight because they have no chance at the number 1 seed in the playoffs. The Wizards are seven point favorites for tonight’s game. it is likely that Trevor Booker will not play, so that he doesn’t re-injure his leg in the final game of the year. I think that the Wizards will win 87-78, and end the season on six game win streak.

Wizards at Heat

Where: American Airlines Arena

When: 7:30

TV: CSN

The Big 3 will be hosting the Wizards tonight in south beach. Although, I wouldn’t expect to see much from the big 3 tonight, as they will probably be resting most of the game. In the last eight games Wade has played in only the four that have been against playoff opponents. Even without him, the Heat are hot right now and they are on a five game win streak. As for the Wizards, Nene will be expected to play tonight after he came back from his injury in the Wizards last game. Booker, on the other hand is not expected to play. Also, it was announced that Andray Blatche will miss the rest of the season for conditioning. I do not really understand how you miss the rest of the year for conditioning if he won’t ever play for us again, most likely. I think that the Heat will win tonight, despite resting their stars, 101-87.
