Before I recap last weekends games, I do want to say that I nailed last night’s 2 games. I predicted 27-21 Florida St over VTech and it ended up being 28-22 FL St and win the NFL I had the Colts 31-10 and the final score was Colts 27-10. I’m the best. But anyways for last weekends recap:
A couple of solid football games on tonight and by solid I mean pretty average for normal football fans but for gamblers I think they look pretty juicy. While these games are probably good to bet straight up, I think the best way to bet em are in a teaser format. In particular my favorite 3 team ten point teaser where you get -120 odds on your 3 teamer. Here is what I would do tonight if I was a betting man:

My Predicted Score: Terps 31 BC 20
Actual Score: BC 20 Terps 17
Ughhh well technically I would not have lost any money on this one because it was just a push but I was way off on this one. It wasn’t on TV so I didn’t watch it but Rowe wasn’t that good and he got hurt so now he is out for the season and we are out of scholarship QB’s… We now have our backup middle LB Shawn Petty (I think his name is) starting as a true freshman. Apparently the Terps played horrible in this one though, hence why we lost to the worst team in the ACC. I doub the Terps win another game this year.
I thought I would get on the grind and make some college football/NFL picks that I like for the weekend.
#6 LSU (-3) at TX A: LSU only 3 point favorites over a middle of the road SEC team? I’m not even that big of a fan of LSU (have them ranked 4th in conference behind Bama, SC, and Georgia) but they are consistent enough that I think they can beat an average SEC team on the road. A&M’s a good team and their only loss was a 3 point dagger where they blew a big lead against now #2 ranked Florida so they have the ability to pull the upset I just think there is a much better chance LSU wins this one by like 13.
I haven’t made any picks this season so I decided it was time to get started primarily because I have absolutely nothing to do at work and am bored out of my mind. This week I am going to try to do a college football picks, NFL picks, and a gambling section for all of the fiends out there. I’m basically just going to pick whatever games interest me.
Virginia Tech (-10) at Pittsburgh
It wasn’t the most exciting first weekend of football this weekend but it sure as hell beats a weekend of baseball (even if the Orioles are making it the most interesting fall of this century). While Sunday was still a little dull with the NFL not starting until next week, at this point any football is a relief. I wasn’t sure how I wanted to format this so I am just going to kind of give all my thoughts on the weekend in random bullet format, so pretty much I am not formatting it at all.
