Weight loss, Male

Hello, I am about 6" and weight 222.4 pounds. I would like to go down to 160-140 pounds. I started lossing weight about a year ago, gave up and started again. At that time I weighed 315 pounds, my current age is 15 and I comsume roughly 800-1200 calories per day. I recently started running, I now do about 2 miles (22 min) of a mild pace jog each day along with walking around. I have hit a stop where I gained about 3 pounds and have not gone under 219 in 2 weeks, any advice?

Hi lovely WLF people! I woke up this morning with new motivation for diary stuff so here goes :) I just started a food diary on a German app which has pretty much all my local brands and possibly won´t crash my computer (unlike the Fitbit app) so I can report that my yogurt/oat/chia/fruit/almond breakfast was 486 kcal and the average daily intake needed to stay at my current weight is around 2650 kcal so I´m aiming to not go under 1800 kcal, nor over 2650. For anyone who doens´t know me:…

Ok its day 1. So far I have to say I have to step up my game.

For breakfast I had 2 Pop Tarts and a glass of milk. I had a cup of coffee when I got to work and for lunch I went to the a supermarket nearby (They have a buffet) and got mashed potatoes, broccoli, Salisbury steak and meatballs and a bottle of Dr Pepper. When I got home I had a pepperoni hot pocket, plus canned spaghetti and Ramen noodles. I also had 2 more Dr. Peppers and a glass of orange juice.

For exercise I walked my…

ChubbyGeordie 45lbs to greatness

Hi I am a 38 year old male originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, I have ballooned over the years to 215/220 lbs (about 15.5 stone). I have never really worried about my weight, however, clothes have started getting tight. So I have decided to try to get back to my rugby playing weight of 170lbs. See attached picture of me at 214lbs on monday.
Nothing major, just cutting out coke etc, and processed rubbish. half our exercise daily plus where permitting a half hour walk at lunch.

Put that down, fatty! (again!)

*awkward wave* So, Sunflower is back – after 5 or so years on this bloody website, I am still here, still chunky and still drinking far too much lovely wine. I've made a new account as I couldn't remember the password to my old one – it was also depressing looking through old threads and seeing my 4 thousand odd posts as I struggled through my previous attempts at weight loss. Nice to start again and look to the future instead of looking through old threads seeking motivation!

So a bit…
