The Magic come to town to take on the Wizards today in the Magic’s first game after the All-Star break. Unlike the Wiz, who lost a heartbreaker last night, they should be much more well rested. I actually think the Wizards are starting to play better under coach Randy Witmann who is starting to preach defense and is actually holding all of his players accountable. Only problem for the Wizards in this game is that Dwight Howard absolutely kills the Wizards every time he plays us. I understand he is a beast and does that to a lot of teams, but he especially dominates the Wizards and almost treats McGee as his little play toy. It will be interesting to see if McGee struggles early on how, if Booker will get some time guarding him because he is our best post defender. The Magic have beaten us 8 times in a row by an average of 17 points and I don’t expect that change much tonight even though we are playing better and I like the direction that we are going.
